Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of any GovTender subscription charge within 14 days of the date that charge was made. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal payment, on both monthly and yearly plans.

Refunds within the 14-day window are granted in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we do not require you to have made any particular level of use of the platform.

Once a refund is issued, your paid subscription ends and your workspace reverts to the free plan. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, our merchant of record, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Email billing@govtender.us from the address on your account, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net with your order reference. Either route works and both reach the same place.

We acknowledge refund requests within two business days and, where the request is within the 14-day window, submit it to Paddle for processing at that point.

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, we will refund that charge in full regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us as soon as you notice it and we will correct it.

If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period during a billing period you have paid for, contact us and we will work with you in good faith on a refund or credit.

Beyond 14 days from a charge, that billing period is not refunded, including for partial or unused time. You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods outside the 14-day window. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your renewal date, or request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew.

You keep full access to your paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for. There's nothing else you need to do.

Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which is the merchant of record for all GovTender orders. "Paddle" will appear on your card or bank statement.

Paddle collects payment, issues your invoices and receipts, handles any applicable sales tax at checkout, and provides buyer support. You can view your orders and invoices and contact Paddle at paddle.net.

GovTender's free plan lets you browse opportunities and use core tools at no cost, with no payment details required - so you can evaluate the platform before paying anything.

Where a free trial of a paid plan is offered, no charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

You can evaluate GovTender on the free plan, with no payment details required, before you subscribe. Between that, any available trial, and the 14-day refund window on every charge, you have room to confirm GovTender is right for you.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer-protection law. If a charge was made in error or a payment problem occurs, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith to resolve it.
